The rocking horse is seemingly confined to its still wooden form, but occasional rocking movements serve as reminders of its true essence. Within the horse's heart resides a light. It is the same light as of the faraway star that beckons the horse. That star is where the horse came from to to be by the child's side and lull them into peaceful sleep with its rocking.
In horse’s heart there is a longing to run. To run free, run fast, with other untamed horses in a wind-blown grass. Towards a star which is home. To run beyond form. Beyond emptiness. Beyond fear, pain, feelings, thoughts, concepts, consciousness, past, present, and future. To run towards the star where all is gone.
Gone gone beyond gone utterly beyond to enlightenment.
