Shipping policy
Prints
Rolled prints (paper and canvas) usually ship within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the day of order. Please note that the prints are very delicate and may be damaged by mishandling. Care instructions will be shipped together with your print.
Framed print orders (paper and canvas) take longer and usually ship within 2-3 weeks from the day of order. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.
All prints and frames are custom made with a lot of love and care for the art and the Earth. To reduce our carbon footprint, all international orders are made and ship from the UK and Germany whilst all Australian and New Zealand orders are made in Australia.
Original Art Pieces
A shipping and packaging invoice will be sent after purchase of the original artwork. You can request an estimate before purchase by sending the size of the piece and full address to art@alluminalia.com.
International Shipping Fees & Delays
Our international shipping charges do not include the destination country’s duty, tax or customs fees. Alia is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and items will sometimes get tied up in customs for weeks.
Delays
When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. If you haven’t received your order within 3 weeks of receiving your tracking number, please contact us at art@alluminalia.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
