Refund policy

In the circumstance of your delivery being damaged in transit, please photograph the packaging prior to opening the delivery and then photograph the damaged art inside. Please send images to art@alluminalia.com. Please keep all the original packaging materials as they may be needed for insurance investigation purposes. We will be in touch with the next steps.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges are not offered on prints or original works of art simply for change of mind. If you are not satisfied with the artwork upon receipt, please email us at art@alluminalia.com
